Lida Blue
I completed the Ann Arbor Institute of Massage Therapy's 600 hour training in 1998 and became Nationally Certified in Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork the following year. Since then, I have taken classes in Oncology and Hospital Massage (a 100 hour training from Beaumont Hospital), Craniosacral Therapy, Belavi (Bellanina) Facelift Massage, Myofascial Release, Neuromuscular techniques, among other continuing education seminars. I am fortunate to have found great teammates to provide excellent massage care for our Great Lakes Bay Region clients. Together we strive to provide the very best massage service for Saginaw, Bay City and the surrounding areas.

Mary Woloshen
Mary Woloshen, embarked on massage therapy in 2002 at Baker College. She also received her Associates Degree in Applied Health Science. Raised holistically she truly enjoys her work in massage and believes the power of therapeutic touch with the right intention has the potential to holistically change lives. Mary has such a vast knowledge of the field and the way the body works. She assesses her clients posture, gate, tissue condition, joint function, muscle strength, and range of motion, and responds with all of her skills to what she feels your body needs. She is dedicated to excellence in professionalism by continuing her education. She also believes in fully tailoring the massage towards the individual needs of each client by using the multiple modalities to get the best results possible. She works with a variety of clients and her massage style is one of subtle intensity. Her hands see beyond skin by molding, reconnecting and reminding. Her work inspires a sense of renewal to restore optimum function throughout the body. Mary works intuitively with a sense of spirit in connection to the individual, providing a deep healing massage with lasting results. Her work is an art, and she is a therapist who loves what she does. She continues to learn and with her intuitive touch she is able to enhance her clients overall well being.

Kristy Garth, LMT
I studied at the Naturopathic Institute of Therapies and Education where I was trained in various modalities of bodywork, all with the goal of bringing the body back into a state of homeostasis. I have ample knowledge in the areas of Swedish massage, reflexology, myofascial manipulation, cranial sacral therapy, and energy work, and it is my goal to bring each of these skill sets into every appointment so we can decide together exactly which treatments are needed during each unique session. I believe that true healing happens when the physical body, the mind, and the soul are all aligned, and I see myself as a facilitator of overall healing. If our paths are meant to cross, I look forward to meeting you!

Alesa Stephan
Alesa has been a practicing Massage Therapist since completing her training in 2003 at Health Enrichment Center in Lapeer, MI. She loves meeting new clients, and takes a collaborative approach to customizing a targeted, tailored massage for each client at each appointment. Swedish massage, deep tissue, releases for hip rotations/shoulder/rib cage restrictions, trigger point, stretching, myofascial cupping, and pregnancy massage are all within her area of practice. Alesa loves the challenge of working with those who experience chronic pain, specifically in the hips, shoulders and neck. She specializes in, but is not limited to, deep tissue techniques to correct structural/postural alignment. She often uses her forearms, knuckles, elbows and fingertips to gently release deep postural muscles. Alesa LOVES to laugh, but equally enjoys providing a restfully deep relaxation massage.
