I completed the Ann Arbor Institute of Massage Therapy's 600 hour training in 1998 and became Nationally Certified in Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork the following year. Since then, I have taken classes in Oncology and Hospital Massage (a 100 hour training from Beaumont Hospital), Craniosacral Therapy, Belavi (Bellanina) Facelift Massage, Myofascial Release, Neuromuscular techniques, among other continuing education seminars. I am fortunate to have found great teammates to provide excellent massage care for our Great Lakes Bay Region clients. Together we strive to provide the very best massage service for Saginaw, Bay City and the surrounding areas.

And for those who are apprehensive about massage but know the benefits, she will be sure to set you at ease working within your comfort level.

Namaste, my name is Heather. Relaxation is my utmost speciality. I am here to take all your worries and cares from the outside world and make them disappear during our time together. Your mental, spiritual and physical well-being are very important to me. A treatment with me will create a spa like atmosphere, with a concentration on scalp, face, neck, and foot massage and through the use of aromatherapy (optional), gentle stretching, guided breathing, and application of basic Swedish massage you will feel refreshed, renewed and rebalanced. With my decade long background in cosmetology and spa work I can also pamper you with a pedicure, paraffin dip, or soothing facial. I look forward to meeting you!
Jacque Gilbert, is a Licensed Massage Therapist who graduated from Flint School of Therapeutic Massage at the beginning of 2017. This is where she could use her previous knowledge from her Associates of Applied Science and incorporate it into massage. Learning modalities such as trigger point, INIT, myofascial, and Swedish techniques to achieve many therapeutic goals. This has only led her on the journey of continuing education in this field so she can expand her knowledge base and be able to provide the very best for her clients. One of the main reasons she is so passionate about therapeutic massage is that she can focus on an individual and be able to work with them to achieve their desired goal; where one can truly make a difference. She looks forward for the opportunity to continue learning and growing so that she may enhance your therapeutic experience.
Mary Woloshen, embarked on massage therapy in 2002 at Baker College. She also received her Associates Degree in Applied Health Science. Raised holistically she truly enjoys her work in massage and believes the power of therapeutic touch with the right intention has the potential to holistically change lives. Mary has such a vast knowledge of the field and the way the body works. She assesses her clients posture, gate, tissue condition, joint function, muscle strength, and range of motion, and responds with all of her skills to what she feels your body needs. She is dedicated to excellence in professionalism by continuing her education. She also believes in fully tailoring the massage towards the individual needs of each client by using the multiple modalities to get the best results possible. She works with a variety of clients and her massage style is one of subtle intensity. Her hands see beyond skin by molding, reconnecting and reminding. Her work inspires a sense of renewal to restore optimum function throughout the body. Mary works intuitively with a sense of spirit in connection to the individual, providing a deep healing massage with lasting results. Her work is an art, and she is a therapist who loves what she does. She continues to learn and with her intuitive touch she is able to enhance her clients overall well being.
I have been a massage therapist since 2007. To be effective in the arena of health and well being I continually educate myself in all areas of healing for the mind, body and soul.
I believe in healing the body as a whole, as only healing the whole body, can the body become wholly healed. I am skilled in helping to resolve issues of numbness and tingling in the arms, hands, legs and feet. I have helped several clients overcome this condition, even after other forms of therapy have failed. I practice energy therapies in the form of Chakra Balancing and Unwinding and Theta Healing. Subtle energy therapies such as these are gaining recognition in the scientific and medical communities. I have developed a signature massage that is very relaxing and at the same time very therapeutic. I call it "Relaxapeutic Massage". Thank you for reading my biography. I look forward to helping you take care of you. God bless.
I am the bubbly voice you hear on the phone; I am the receptionist. I am learning the world of massage as I am working here at Your Healthy Balance. I am here to make sure our clients have everything that they need and all the questions are answered. I take care of all the workings of the office, holding together and keeping track of everything. I love getting to book our clients and helping them relax when life is stressful.
Outside of work, my husband, my two handsome little men, and our dog take up most of my free time. And in the little bit of time I have for just me I crochet.
